In most cases, scanning problems occur due to lighting conditions or camera focus. If there’s excessive light reflecting from the Checko tag, the app may not be able to read the QR code or the 3D security pattern correctly.

Please try scanning in normal indoor lighting and ensure your camera lens is clean.

If the issue continues, please share your phone model and Android version so our team can investigate it further. You can send these details to contact@checko.ai for quick assistance.

To check this result later, simply open the app and tap on the History button — it appears right at the top when you launch the app. Here, you can view all your past scans, including those verified after reconnecting to the internet.

The Checko app is completely genuine. It only scans and verifies products that have an original Checko 3D label. If the product doesn’t carry a Checko label, the app won’t be able to scan or authenticate it.

The Checko app is completely reliable as it is officially available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. These platforms verify apps for safety and authenticity before publishing, ensuring a secure and trusted experience for users.
